Food production takes up large swathes of the Earth’s habitable surface, is a major contributor to greenhouse gas emissions, and often results in soil degradation and other environmental damage. Yet we need to feed the world’s growing population.

At Harvest, we farm in a controlled environment, providing our crops with the exact mix of light, water, nutrients and humidity that they need to thrive. This allows us to grow produce, year-round at a volume that isn’t possible in fields, with no pesticides, reducing waste at every step.

Reducing food miles

We produce herbs and vegetables that are hard to source locally, replacing ingredients that are normally grown thousands of miles away with those grown within a few miles of where they are eaten. This means fresh, healthy produce, without the food miles.
