We want to build a network of data-driven farms to transform the food system

HARVEST_12.jpg

Chris Davies and Matt Chlebek established Harvest London in 2017 with a mission to build a sustainable food system with greater choice.

We’ve grown over 100 different edible plants through hydroponic vertical farming since then, worked with some of London’s best chefs, and opened our second farm, in Leyton, East London in 2020.

Shifting our food system towards more local, sustainable, fresh food will require making use of technologies like vertical farming, at scale, so Harvest isn’t stopping here. We want to build a network of data-driven farms, transforming how we produce food.
