We work with partners to understand precise requirements, and can produce what you need all year round, without importing from the other side of the world.
Herbs
From garnishes, to sauces and salads, herbs make your dish. We grow everything from sweet basil - ‘the King of Herbs’ - to culinary staples parsley, coriander and dill. Also ask us about herbs for medicinal or pharmaceutical uses e.g. calendula and bergamot flower.
Specialist Ingredients
Looking for harder-to-find herbs and greens? We can supply you with increasingly popular herb varieties like Thai basil, alongside more niche products like Korean mint, perilla (shiso), chrysanthemum greens and Peruvian black mint.
Salads
We can create bespoke mixes of salad leaves and greens for our customers, including asian cooking essentials like mustard greens, choys/chois, mizuna and mibuna.
